Delivered by accredited trainers, MBTI® profiling helps team members understand their different working styles. This improves your team’s ability to work together to achieve organisational goals.
Our MBTI® team building workshops are recommended for businesses and individuals, since understanding working preferences is key to building an effective team. They’re a great choice for improving teamwork in new and existing teams.
For your convenience, we offer virtual and in person versions of this event. They can be booked as standalone sessions or integrated with virtual, indoor and outdoor team building. Get in touch to find out more!
Prior to your event, attendees will complete a short online assessment that will predict their personality type. On the day, our accredited MBTI® trainers will take your team through an engaging workshop that confirms their personality preferences.
If you’re asked to design a poster for an event, do you focus on the beauty of the design or information about the event? If you’re asked to share out tickets among your team, how do you decide who they go to? How you approach these tasks will depend on your MBTI® type.
Our real-life scenarios will help you see where you lie on the following four measures:
Are you energised by the outer world of people and things or your inner world of ideas and images?
Do you pay more attention to information from your senses or the patterns you see in the information you’ve received?
Do you make decisions based on objective principles and facts or personal values and situations?
Is your preference for an orderly life or for flexibility and spontaneity?
After a series of exercises, you’ll have identified your MBTI® type. This will be a combination of four letters, e.g. ESTJ or INFP.
Once you’ve identified your types, our trainer will frame how these types respond in different scenarios. We’ll discuss how you can manage your own stress at work, given your type, and how you can relate to other people given their type.
There are no better or worse MBTI® personality types. The key is to understand the differences so that you and your team can harness the strengths and minimise the weaknesses within your organisation.
Our Myers-Briggs team building workshops help individuals appreciate their different communication, leadership and working styles. This knowledge can help you:
Myers-Briggs can be applied to multiple business situations and revisited when new challenges arise.
We offer a range of MBTI® team building workshops, including:
Our introductory MBTI® team building workshops create a firm foundation from which to pursue more advanced training, e.g. change, leadership, communication and conflict management.
Thanks a lot for a great session. We will definitely have you in mind when doing team building activities in the Munich office.
