Face communication bottlenecks, supply issues and time challenges as you build a Lego structure with your team. It mimics doing business in today’s modern world.
As such, our Lego team building events are a fabulous test of your team’s communication, project planning, problem solving and resource management skills. By revealing your team’s strengths and weaknesses, they help you build workforce capabilities that strengthen your organisation.
Available to book as a standalone team building event or a team challenge at your corporate conference.
Your Lego team building event will begin with a warm welcome from your host. You’ll be split into groups and physically separated. This means you’ll only be able to communicate by means of a postal service that runs every few minutes.
In each team, individuals will adopt the roles of architect, supplier and builder… but be careful, because having the right people in the right roles is crucial to your success!
Together, you’ll work to unravel the instructions in our briefing documents and assemble your Lego structure… but do you have the right equipment? Do you have enough Lego pieces? What can you post to the other teams to overcome the problems you face?
Once you’ve completed the task, our hosts will take you through a debrief of your performance. We’ll talk about why you took certain actions, how you interpreted instructions, and how you communicated with one another. We’ll talk about what went well, what went badly, and how these things could be improved to boost team performance.
Highly engaging and interactive, Lego team building is the ultimate test of your ability to work together to achieve success.
Lego Master Builder is a multi-faceted business simulation. It requires separate teams to work together effectively to achieve an overarching result. And, like in business, if teams don’t work hard or support one another effectively, the whole exercise could end in disaster!
The nature of this Lego challenge means that weak spots are clearly visible in the end result. And the same goes for your team’s strengths.
This makes Lego team building a fabulous way to assess your team’s ability to communicate, overcome obstacles and manage time and resources. Knowing these things helps you build key competencies into your team to achieve organisational results.
“Thanks a lot for a great team building session. We will definitely have you back when doing team building activities in the Munich office.
