Chocolatiers Challenge Team Building

Our Chocolatiers Challenge is indoor team building with a sweet tooth! Treat your team to a chocolate making experience they’ll never forget.

In this challenge, teams have to design a range of quality chocolates and work together to realise their dreams. In a nod to The Apprentice, they have to pitch their creations to our board of Chocolate Experts, who will choose a winning range.

Chocolate making team building is great for improving project planning, communication and teamwork. Culminating in tasting your own delicious creations, this premium event is marvellous for client hospitality or thanking your team for a job well done. Speak to our team to design your session with desired outcomes in mind.

How Does Chocolate Challenge Team Building Work?

You’ll be welcomed to your Chocolatiers Challenge team building extravaganza by our experienced host. They will then introduce you to our master chocolatiers and split you into teams of 8-10.

It turns out you’ve been put in charge of a failing chocolate company! And you need to come up with a range of chocolates that will save it from oblivion.

Work together to design chocolate flavours and branding to impress customers. Will you create fruity, alcoholic, or allergen-free chocolates? Will they be filled with ganache or topped with edible glitter? What will your brand name and colours be?

Luxury chocolates designed and made by the Norgine team in our Chocolatiers Challenge!

Whatever you choose, you’ll need to work together to bring your creation to life. Then, you’ll pitch your ideas – and sample chocolates – to the board! The team who creates the best range of chocolates wins.

Last but not least, you’ll taste your marvellous creations. Each person will take home their own luxury chocolates in their own branded box. It’s quite simply chocolate making team building heaven!

Outcomes of Chocolate Making Team Building

In the Chocolatiers Challenge, teams have to generate and discuss ideas, execute a plan, and pitch their solution to our board. For this reason, chocolate making team building is fabulous for improving teamwork, communication and project planning skills.

After watching your team in action, we’ll evaluate their performance on this task and identify areas of strength and weakness. This will help you plan for future development and ensure your team are effective at achieving organisational results. All in a way that’s finger-licking good!

Alternatively, if you want to book this event for pure fun, that’s great too.

Many thanks to Neil and Ruth for leading our virtual team building exercise... Many laughs were had while scrambling to collect the twenty items...!!! The Murder Mystery was my favourite and my team winning was the icing on the cake. The Haka showed how uncoordinated we are but the laughs ...just proves what an enjoyable experience we all had.
