Our Co-Founders, Jon Huggett and Neil Cleaver, met when working for an events company in the Midlands. After developing their skills, they wanted to provide high quality events with quantifiable results for companies looking for more than just a fun day out.
They envisaged a company that identified client goals and delivered quality, tailored events to meet them. A company that helped clients navigate the event process – from creating a business case through to evaluating an event’s effectiveness after the fact.
So, in the year 2000, they set up EML Team. They created a unique 5 step process to tailor events to your business, deliver them seamlessly and assess them accurately against your objectives. All managed by a friendly, experienced team who can support you every step of the way.
To this day, we only put on events that we know will fulfil your goals.
Jon and Neil now have a collective 42+ years of experience in event management, virtual, indoor and outdoor team building and psychometric training workshops. Delivered throughout the UK and around the world.
We’ve worked with over 6000 teams in globally-respected corporations including Lego, American Express, Virgin Media, Danone, KPMG, Ecco, Aviva, Johnson & Johnson and Deloitte. We also work with organisations like the NHS, Birmingham University and Southampton Football Club to deliver exceptional results.
