On-site Event Management 

Our professional event managers can deliver your entire event seamlessly from start to finish. 

This starts days before your event, checking all suppliers are lined up, delegates correctly registered and transport links, signage, venue and equipment are in place as planned.

On the day, we’ll oversee room dressing, equipment set-up, signage, catering and more. Put simply, we’ll do whatever is needed to get everything ready before your attendees arrive. 

Legal & General Conference Event Management

We’ll also know your itinerary like the back of our hand. Once your event starts, we’ll be working invisibly in the background to ensure everything is ready for the next step. 

Is a coffee break coming up? We’ll make sure catering staff have the kettles on and pastries warming in the oven. Does the next speaker require specialist equipment? We’ll get it ready to go. Is this activity taking longer than expected? We’ll adjust plans so it doesn’t overrun.
