Visit game zones to solve puzzles and claim crystal prizes. Crystals earn you more time in the famous crystal dome! Our special design requires teams to use time management, problem solving and communication to complete the maze.
This is a mobile event that can be brought to you. It can also be adapted to make it an indoor team building or outdoor team building activity. Simply let us know which you prefer!
You’ll be welcomed to your event by our host. We can’t promise a bald head and leopard print coat, but we can promise enthusiasm and pizzazz aplenty!
Each team will visit different game zones to try their luck at winning a gem. From solving a brain teasing puzzle to pushing your body to the limits, you’ll be completing team challenges against the clock and trying to keep your team mates safe from getting ‘lost’.
But how many gems will you win? Try your best because each one gives you more time in the grande finale!
In the larger version of this event, entire teams will now climb into our giant, infatable, Dome. Here, they’ll try to catch as many golden tickets as possible! Smaller versions will see individuals catching golden tickets on behalf of their team in our Vortex.
To complete the challenges the Crystal Challenge throws at them, teams must use problem solving, communication and time management skills. They must generate ideas together, listen to one another and choose the right solution for each puzzle.
This makes Crystal Challenge team building excellent for providing actionable insight into your team’s performance. It’s also great for developing these skills in your workforce.
This event is also highly adaptable. It can be anything from a 90 minute activity that breaks up your corporate event to a standalone team building day out. It can be adjusted to fit inside a conference hall, your corporate offices or run in the great outdoors! We can also split challenges up so that teams complete sections of the maze throughout the day.
“EML were great to work with, really responsive & flexible. Our team was in need of some quality time together having been working from home for so long. Neil’s excellent facilitation helped us to learn more about each other, strengthen our connections, and build some shared goals in a really fun and safe way.”
